60-Day Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund. We believe this gives you plenty of time to try our products and ensure they meet your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide photos of the item and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label or address
Return Shipping
Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customer Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@quietaura.store. We'll help you process the exchange quickly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
- No need to return the damaged item in most cases
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@quietaura.store
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier
- A replacement or refund will be issued if the package cannot be located
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, standard return procedures apply.
