At QuietAura, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If something is not right with your order, we're here to help.
60-Day Returns You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in the same condition you received it
- be in its original packaging
- include any accessories, manuals, or included parts
- be supported by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt
Items That Cannot Be Returned We cannot accept returns for:
- items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery
- items returned without original packaging or important parts
- final sale or clearance items, where stated
Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item? If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at support@quietaura.store as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, a return may not be required.
Changed Your Mind? You may still return eligible products within 60 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging, proof of purchase is required, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How to Start a Return Email us at support@quietaura.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.
Return Address Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item. Please allow a few additional business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges If you need a replacement for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us at support@quietaura.store. We'll let you know what exchange options are available.
Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still qualify for return under this policy.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, reception, or building management first, then contact us at support@quietaura.store within 48 hours. We will review the issue with the shipping carrier and if the package cannot be located, we will work with you on a suitable resolution.
