At QuietAura, we keep shipping clear, simple, and transparent. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We're focused on serving North America thoughtfully — your order is supported by our small in-house team from the moment you click buy to the moment it arrives.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always email you if there's a delay.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. We're actively working on faster fulfillment for select hero products — keep an eye on individual product pages for "Ships in 3–7 days" badges as they go live.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery window is 8–17 business days (1–3 days processing + 7–14 days shipping). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no surprise charges at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery's progress in real time.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email support@quietaura.store as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived by the end of the maximum estimated delivery window, email us at support@quietaura.store. We'll review the shipment status with the carrier and work with you on the next steps.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Updates
After placing your order, you'll receive: an order confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email with tracking, and delivery updates from the carrier where available.
