Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping (Free on all orders)

- Tracking: Provided via email

Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
- Cost: $12.99
- Tracking: Real-time tracking available

Priority Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5-8 business days
- Cost: $19.99
- Tracking: Real-time tracking with priority handling

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination:
- North America: 10-20 business days
- Europe: 12-25 business days
- Asia & Pacific: 10-20 business days
- Middle East: 12-25 business days
- Other regions: 15-30 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package in real-time
- Updates on delivery status

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders:
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order
- Contact us immediately at support@quietaura.store if you need to update your address

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost:
- Standard shipping: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 14 days
- Express/Priority: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 10 days
- We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

After placing your order, you'll receive:
